Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, sealed condition. Opened products are eligible for a satisfaction-based refund at our discretion.
How to Return
- Contact us at support@nutrovehealth.ae with your order number
- We will send you a return shipping label (UAE orders)
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier
- Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receipt
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 3–7 business days).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong product, contact us immediately with a photo and we will send a replacement at no charge.
